|Description:||There are 6 K and 10 K options available. There will be two guided groups for the 10 K option of 30 walkers maximum each. Feel free to call the walk POC to reserve your spot in the guided group. Self-guided directions will also be available. Both 6 K and 10 K walks are loops starting and finishing at the Marshal/Luepke Community Center. The 6 K route takes in the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site and dips into downtown Vancouver with a stop in Esther Short Park at the Vancouver Farmers Market, which starts back up on March 18, 2017. The 10 K route takes in the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, dips into downtown Vancouver with a stop in Esther Short Park and the Farmers Market, then continues with views along the waterfront of the Columbia River, and passes the Pearson Air Museum on the way back to the Marshall/Luepke Community Center.|

Walkers can choose self-guided option for either the 6 K or 10 K or join the special guided group of 60 walkers maximum on the 10 K event.
Walking Adventures Guides Dan Friesen and Scott Isom will be guiding this group — they will each lead 30 walkers, and will offer presentations along the way, sharing history, trivia and interesting facts about this area of Vancouver, Washington.
