Description: On the 10K route we’ll walk thru the Junction Shopping District on a quiet morning, and down to Puget Sound for a walk along the waterfront to the Lighthouse., and then back up through Schmitz Park. The 5K, rated 1A, goes through the Admiral District with viewpoints of the Cascades and the Olympics. Relax with hot soup and snacks at St. John’s when you finish! If temperature is at or below freezing, icy conditions might be encountered on the route

Location: St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church 3050 California Ave SW Seattle, WA
Start Point / Driving Directions: From I-5 Take exit 163 (northbound) or 163A (southbound), and cross West Seattle bridge. Exit at Admiral Way. Go up Admiral Way a little over a mile to California Ave SW, a major intersection. Turn left and go .3 mile to West Seattle High School parking lot, adjacent to St. John’s Church and start/finish.
